When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is charged once you place the order. Little Parakeet accepts only credit cards for payment.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel an order within 12 hours, after which time, your order will have already been shipped.

Can the shipping address be different from the billing address?

Yes, it can. Please follow the instructions on the website at checkout. However, we can only ship to one address per order. If you have multiple orders which need to be shipped to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each address.

Do you charge sales tax?

By law, we must charge sales tax for all shipments made to the State of New York.

Can you gift-wrap my order?

When you buy either the 1 or 3 gift pack of TwoSees, they come in an organza bag with a drawstring at the top and “Baby is Sleeping” doorknob hanger. Then the package is wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with a Little Parakeet emblem, which makes a lovely presentation.

With your “Like” on FaceBook (TwoSeesbyLittleParakeet), you receive a cotton tote which may be used as a gift bag. No further gift-wrap options are available at this time.

How is my order shipped?

We ship using USPS, first class mail. We can deliver to post office boxes.

What is your return/refund policy?

  1. -Returns must be made within 21 days from the date on which the order was placed.
  2. -Merchandise must be in its original condition at the time of purchase, including packaging and any accessories that came with the purchase.
  3. -Credit will be processed to the credit card on which the order was placed.
  4. -Shipping is not refundable.
  5. -If merchandise is defective, it may be returned at any time for a full refund including all shipping costs.
